Terms of Service

Effective date: January 1, 2025

1. Service Fees vs. Ad Spend

Your monthly subscription fee covers ChurchReach's management services only — including campaign strategy, ad creative, landing page setup, automated follow-up sequences, and ongoing optimization. Ad spend (the budget paid to Meta/Facebook and Instagram to run your ads) is separate and is billed directly to your church's Meta Ad Account. ChurchReach does not collect, manage, or hold ad spend funds. You are responsible for maintaining sufficient funds in your Meta Ad Account to keep campaigns active.

2. Subscription & Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly on a recurring basis via Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize ChurchReach to charge your payment method each month until you cancel. All fees are in US dollars. Prices are subject to change with 30 days written notice.

3. Refund Policy

Service fees are non-refundable once your campaign has been set up and activated. If you cancel before your campaign goes live, you may be eligible for a prorated refund at ChurchReach's discretion. Ad spend paid directly to Meta is governed by Meta's own refund policies and is outside ChurchReach's control.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your client dashboard or by contacting ChurchReach directly. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to your dashboard and campaigns until that date. ChurchReach reserves the right to terminate service for any client who violates these terms or engages in conduct inconsistent with our mission.

5. No Guarantee of Results

ChurchReach provides professional digital marketing services and will make every effort to optimize your campaigns for growth. However, we do not guarantee specific results such as a set number of leads, visitors, or conversions. Ad performance is influenced by factors outside our control including your ad budget, location, audience size, and Meta's platform.

6. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate and complete information about your church including name, address, service times, and contact details. You are responsible for maintaining access to your Meta Business account and ensuring ChurchReach has the necessary permissions to run ads on your behalf. You are also responsible for ensuring your church complies with all applicable laws and Meta advertising policies.

7. Intellectual Property

Ad creative, copy, landing pages, and follow-up sequences produced by ChurchReach remain the intellectual property of ChurchReach during the active subscription. Upon cancellation, you may retain any leads and data collected through your campaigns. ChurchReach retains the right to use anonymized campaign performance data for internal reporting and improvement.

8. Privacy

Lead data collected through your Plan Your Visit landing pages belongs to your church. ChurchReach stores this data securely to operate the follow-up system on your behalf and does not sell or share it with third parties. By using ChurchReach, your church visitors consent to receiving follow-up communications as described on the landing page form.

9. Limitation of Liability

ChurchReach's total liability for any claim arising out of or related to these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid in the three months prior to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including lost revenue, lost visitors, or disruption to ministry operations.

10. Changes to Terms

ChurchReach may update these terms from time to time. We will notify active clients by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of our services after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
